AGHA Academy – Brand Development, Content Strategy & Program Delivery
To address the evolving professional needs of AGHA members and the broader gift and homewares industry, I conceptualised the branding of the new initiative and launched AGHA Academy – a national education initiative delivering year-round learning programs. I developed a brand identity that aligned with AGHA’s existing portfolio while establishing a fresh, professional tone suitable for an educational platform. This included designing flexible templates for digital and print promotion, and crafting a cohesive visual language to support program recognition.
I created and, with a high-performing team, executed a targeted content and advertising strategy to attract industry participation – copywriting compelling adverts, designing campaign assets, and bringing content to market across email marketing, social media, digital banners, and trade event materials. I also assisted in sourcing, managing, and liaising with expert presenters to ensure the content delivered practical, credible value. From concept to rollout, this project demonstrates my ability to lead brand creation, strategic marketing, copywriting, stakeholder management, and educational content delivery that resonates with a target audience.
I led a successful multi-channel marketing strategy that included targeted social media and video content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; an integrated email campaign; eye-catching print and digital publication adverts; and high-visibility website banners.
