Byblos Lebanese Cuisine in Pitt Street Mortdale is a vibrant, popular and fashionable restaurant. Taking it’s name from Byblos in Lebanon, famed for being built by Cronus as the first city in the area, and so is perhaps the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world, the Byblos restaurant logo needed to be just so iconic. The Byblos logo has it’s foundation as an ancient archway with scripted lettering, perfect in it’s simplicity yet solid.
